About myself

My name is Biswa Ranjan Behera.My father's name is Mr.Trilochan Behera and my mother's name is Mrs.Bandana Behera.I read in class x in DAKHA HIGH SCHOOL,CHANBALI.

About my school.

The school is a place where we learn how to read and write.It is crucial place for the student and helps us to learn new things.The teachers are always helpful and teach us important things in life.

The name of my school is DAKHA HIGH SCHOOL,CHANDBALI.It was established in 1946.It is the most beautiful and wonderful school in our locality.Now it has transformed into a best 5T school.

The teaching, learning and explaination style of this school is one of the best feature from the other schools.In this school the students from standard 6th to standard 10th are taught. This school is the most prominent school in chandbali block because of the vocational subject-It/Ites(Information technology & information technology enabled services) is one of its speciality.

There is a big garden infront it and also a big playground after the garden.(Image N.A).

There are twenty class rooms-A laboratory,an I.T lab,a library,a office room,a common staff room, two smart class room s,a hall and 13 teaching learning class.But 3 class rooms are not in good conditions.So they are closed now.But don,t worry they will be repair soon.

What is Information Technology:-

Information technology is that which uses computers to create, process, retrieve and exchange all kinds of data and information.

I.T forms part of Information and Communication technology (ICT).

Uses of I.T

Information technology (I.T) is the use of computer systems, storage devices and many other types of physical devices to manage exercise,store and retrieve all types of data transmitted over electronic lines or electronic data.We can clearly see the growth of Information technology in today's world,and the main reason for this growth is the increased use of technology.Today Information technology is a part of almost every organisation and the reason for this is obvious: the rapid increase in technology use.

Benefits of Information technology:-

A major importance of I.T that it helps boost productivity and efficiency.With digital systems people can perform tasks faster compared to manual methods.There are computer applications for various tasks you want to do,which helps people to complete tasks faster with fewer errors.

Evolution of I.T

What is Information technology? It's just computers , right? Well yes,it is computers-But that hardly serves as a valuable definition, Information technology  (I.T)refers to a spectrum of technologies and related services used to create, process, Store,secure,and exchange data.But this modern-day spectrum hasn't just appeared out of nowhere.Ofcourse it hasn't.Modern I.T is the result of nearly six decades of consistent and impactful innovation.As such to answer the "what is Information technology?"question to a useful degree,we need to track it's evolution to understand where it's come from,where it's at and where it's going.

There are five stages of evolution of computer such as:- 1•The centralized mainframe 

                 2•Personal computing

                 3•The client/server era

                 4•Enterprise computing

                 5•Cloud

What I have studied about I.T in class 9th in my school:-

There is a special I.T lab in our school consists of 20 computers.

The name of our I.T teacher is Mr.Gyanendra Barik.He teaches us I.T in our school.There are forty students in our I.T class.He always tries his best to explain us about every thing about I.T one by one.He is an honest man and a disciplinarian.We can understand  every subject of I.T which he has explained us in his way.It is really fun to learn I.T with him.

In class 9th he had taught us about Functional English, about computer/definition of computer,types of computer,input and output devices of a computer, types of computer and uses of computer.He had also taught us about word processing,mastering typing, spreadsheet (basics), digital presentation and e-mail.

These chapters are well explained in the text book step by step(not mentioned here).

He had also practically show these things in the smart board installed in our smart class rooms.In every practical classes he guides each and every student frequently.He always tries to teach us everything that he had studied in his past days.

We have also studied many more extra things and features of a computer by him.

So everyone likes him.
